How to Create Custom Themes in Bloxstrap for Roblox
Bloxstrap offers customization features that gamers love like freedom to install custom mods. You can not only enhance your gameplay experience, but you can also modify themes to give your Roblox game a cool look. Creating your own custom theme is no longer a dream because Bloxstrap makes it a reality. This guide will cover the step-by-step method to create and install a custom theme for Roblox using Bloxstrap.
Install Bloxstrap
Of course, first you should have the latest version of Bloxstrap installed on your computer to get started. The step-by-step installation guide for the latest version is available on the official Bloxstrap site
Enable Old Avatar Editor Background
After a successful installation, you need to launch the Bloxstrap menu, which is available in the Start menu. You can either pin it to the taskbar or create a desktop icon. Once opened, navigate to the Mods section and enable the “Use Old Avatar Editor Background” option. Click Save to apply the changes.
After enabling it, start the game by clicking on the Play Roblox icon. Let it run for a few minutes so that some user files, which we need to modify, are created. After a few moments, close the game.
Access the Mods Folder
Now that the files have been created, you can open the Mods folder and navigate to the Extra Content folder. Inside, you will find a file named mobile.rbxl. You can edit this file to create your own custom theme.
Editing Custom Theme
After accessing the mobile.rbxl file, you can only edit it using Roblox Studio, which can be easily downloaded from the provided button. After downloading, install Roblox Studio and open the file to make any changes you want.
You can create your own environment by adding elements and lighting effects from the Toolbox. Be careful with the invisible pole named Alignment, as it represents your character’s position. Make sure to align it accordingly to show your character correctly in the theme.
Once your customization is complete, save your work using the Save to File As option to create a backup of the original mobile.rbxl file in your Downloads folder. Then, replace the original file in the Extra Content folder.
To apply the changes, you must disable the “Use Old Avatar Editor Background” option and then start the game.
Test Your Theme
Now, open the Avatar Editor in Roblox to see that your custom background has been applied and verify that your edits, such as elements, models, and lighting effects, are displayed correctly. Enjoy your new theme and impress your friends! You can also take screenshots or make a video to share on our Facebook page and with the community
Conclusion
If you want to personalize your game experience, you need to create a custom theme. You can easily customize and install a theme into your Roblox and enjoy a whole new experience. Your creativity is reflected in your design, so keep developing new designs and share them with the community
